    What the company does

Everpure, formerly known as Pure Storage, is a global technology company providing an integrated storage and data management platform. It began as a provider of flash-based storage systems and has become a company delivering a unified storage and data management platform, the Everpure Platform, which virtualises data across on-premises, hybrid and public cloud, and edge environments into a single storage layer with consistent control and built-in automation. Its stated vision is an all-flash data center. The financial year ends at the start of February. About 6,400 people work there, roughly 3,700 in the United States and over 2,700 internationally, spread across more than 30 countries.

    FlashArray

FlashArray addresses database, application, virtual machine and other traditional workloads, and the filing describes it as the industry's first all-flash array. It has been through seven generations of controllers, a hundredfold increase in density and a transition to all-NVMe flash, all delivered non-disruptively through the Evergreen service. The family splits by workload: //ST for ultra-high-performance applications such as in-memory databases, real-time applications, large online transaction processing databases and electronic health records; //XL for the most demanding workloads and mission critical data-based applications; //X for mission critical workloads through unified object, block and file storage; //C for Tier-2 application and storage estates using QLC flash, joined in fiscal 2026 by //RC20 for edge use cases and smaller deployments; and //E for file and block data repositories of up to four petabytes, from content libraries to backup sets to active archives. File Services adds multi-protocol file storage on FlashArray, and FlashArray Object adds object storage, so block, file and object sit under one system.
