The Fine Print

• Alpha with AI Club, a membership billed monthly or annually. Members get the AI research playbooks, masterclasses and their recordings, and the member community. While the membership is active, it also includes the paid Alpha with AI newsletter on Substack as one of its benefits.
• Alpha with AI Club, Founding Members, an annual membership on founding terms.
• The paid Alpha with AI newsletter, which carries the Research Dives, the Alpha with AI Letter, the model portfolio and the Live Family Portfolio. Club members receive it as part of their membership. Anyone who subscribes to it directly on Substack buys it from Substack, under Substack's own terms.
• Programs and consultations: the Super Analyst Mentorship, Agentic Research Systems for Stock Investors, the AI Research Consultation (which includes the SuperAnalyst Command Centre), the AI for Financial Research session, and custom engagements (Agentic AI Consultation, Vibe Engineering, Enterprise) scoped after a discovery call.
• Masterclasses, live and recorded.
• Free services: Quick Chat, Free Discovery Calls and the free playbooks.
• GreekSoup: the one-person equity research desk, free and open-source software, and greeksoup.ai, its public site. Section 7 covers both.

The price of each product is the one shown on its page and at checkout when you buy.

To use some features you need an account. You agree to:

• give accurate and complete information when you sign up
• keep your login details secure
• tell us straight away if someone else gets into your account
• take responsibility for everything done under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. A parent or guardian may buy for someone younger and is responsible for that person's use of our services.

• Buyers in India pay in Indian rupees. 18% GST is added to the listed price and shown separately at checkout, and you receive a GST invoice.
• Buyers outside India pay in US dollars. No GST is charged.
• Payments in India are processed by Cashfree Payments. Payments from outside India are processed by Stripe. Your card and bank details are entered with them and are never stored by us.
• Any fee your bank or card provider charges, including currency conversion, is yours to pay.
• Our invoices carry our GST registration number.
• We may change our prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and a new price applies to your subscription only from a renewal after we have told you about it by email.

• Club memberships, monthly and annual, and Founding Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period, charged to the payment method you set up, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (Account) or by writing to info@shikshannivesh.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Access to the paid newsletter that comes with a Club membership ends when the membership ends.
• For Indian cards and UPI, you receive a notice before each automatic charge, and some charges need your approval, as RBI rules require. If a renewal is not approved, your membership ends at the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms, and by Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. In short: monthly Club memberships and Founding Memberships are not refunded, an annual Club membership can be refunded on a written request within 7 days of payment, and each program, session and masterclass has its own rule in the Refund Policy.

The Club and the paid newsletter include research on publicly listed companies, the model portfolio (a paper portfolio run on notional money) and the Live Family Portfolio (a real family account). Everything in them is our analysis and a record of our own decisions, shared for education.

None of it is investment advice, and none of it is a recommendation to you to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not advise on anyone's personal situation, and nothing you buy from us creates an advisory relationship. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them.

• GreekSoup: the one-person equity research desk is free, open-source software published by Shikshan Nivesh under the MIT licence. That licence, published with the software, governs your use of it. These Terms do not limit the rights it gives you.
• The desk runs on your own computer. Any data or AI service you connect to it uses your own key and your own account with that provider. You are responsible for those keys and for any charges from those providers.
• greeksoup.ai is owned and run by Shikshan Nivesh. The site, its design and code, the financial history we have compiled and checked from public company filings, and every calculation, chart, note and description on it belong to us.
• The figures inside company filings are public records, and anyone may read them at the source. Our compiled and checked history of those figures is our own work. Price and options data on some pages comes from the providers named on those pages and remains theirs.
• greeksoup.ai is free to read. GreekSoup Premium, its paid plan, is sold under the terms on greeksoup.ai. You may quote and share any page with a link, and search engines and AI assistants may read and cite it. Copying the site or its data in bulk, or republishing it as a dataset or inside another product, needs our written permission.
• Figures may be incomplete, late or wrong, so check the filing before you rely on one. The software and the site are provided as they are, without any warranty, and are covered by section 6. A stock page records public data and carries no view on whether to own the stock.
• When you send us a report from inside the desk, we use it as the Privacy Policy describes.

Some features on our site, such as the question box, answer using AI. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are general information under section 6 and should be checked before you rely on them.

• What you post in the member community stays yours. You allow us to show it to other members inside the Club.
• When you send us a testimonial, you allow us to publish it, with the name you give, on our website and social channels. Write to us at any time and we will take it down.
• In the community, please be respectful. No spam, no self-promotion, no sharing of paid content, and no buy or sell calls to other members.
• We may remove any post that breaks these rules, and we may suspend access for repeated breaches.

• Club members can earn free months of Club membership by referring new members, at the levels shown on the Refer page.
• We review each referral before we apply credit. Free months have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and cannot be refunded.
• We may withhold or remove credit for self-referrals, fake accounts or other abuse. We may change or end the programme. Credit already approved stays yours.

All content, materials, branding, templates, course materials and resources on our services belong to Shikshan Nivesh / Borkar Nexus Private Limited, unless stated otherwise. The GreekSoup software is the exception: its MIT licence applies.

Paid content, including the playbooks, recordings, the paid newsletter and the portfolio sheets, is for your personal use. You may not:

• copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
• share paid content or the links to it, including the portfolio links, with anyone outside your membership
• modify it or create derivative works
• use our materials for commercial purposes without authorisation
• remove any copyright or ownership notices

Quoting a short excerpt with credit and a link is welcome.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation
• infringe the rights of others
• share your account or purchased content with people who have not paid for it
• try to get unauthorised access to our systems
• send harmful code or interfere with our services
• act fraudulently or deceptively
• use automated systems to access our services without permission

We work to keep our services available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or stop any part of our services with reasonable notice. We are not liable for inconvenience or loss caused by interruptions for maintenance, technical problems or events outside our control.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• our services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including any investment loss
• our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• we are not responsible for financial decisions you make using our content or tools

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shikshan Nivesh, Borkar Nexus Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees and agents against any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

We may suspend or end your access to our services for:

• a breach of these Terms
• fraudulent or illegal activity
• non-payment
• behaviour that harms other members or our reputation

When access ends, your right to use our services ends with it. Any part of these Terms that by its nature should continue, such as intellectual property and liability, continues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Before starting any legal proceedings, please write to us first so we can try to resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in that cannot be removed by agreement.

For any question or complaint about these Terms or our services, write to info@shikshannivesh.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

We may update these Terms. Changes appear on this page with a new effective date. Using our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
