Planned endpoints

Each returns JSON. Dates are written year-month-day, money is in US dollars, and a row read from a filing carries that filing's address.

How paying for it will work

Prices are not set yet, and they will be in US dollars. The way you pay is decided.

A free allowance every month

A set number of free credits each month, so you can try the API before you pay for anything.

Pay as you go after it

You buy credits and each call uses some. A light call, like a company's identity, uses fewer credits than a company's whole financial history.

A daily cap you set

Calls stop at the cap you choose, so a script that runs away cannot run up a bill.

Is the API live?+

Not yet. It is in development. Until it opens, every table on these pages opens as JSON in the shape the API will return, and teams can tell us what they need.

What does it cost?+

Prices are not set yet. The shape is decided: a free monthly allowance, then credits you pay for as you use them, and a daily cap so a bill never runs past what you chose.

Can I use the data in my own product?+

Using the data inside a product, at work, or to power something other people use needs a licence. Reading and quoting it for your own research is free, with credit and a link.
