What the company does
Rumble is a video sharing platform and cloud services provider that helps content creators manage, distribute and monetize their content. The company was founded in 2013 and its Class A common stock trades on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol RUM. Rumble reported 52 million monthly active users (GA4) in the fourth quarter of 2025 and had 156 full-time employees at 31 December 2025.
How the business is organised
Rumble has two business units, Rumble Services and Rumble Cloud. Rumble Services contains four businesses: Rumble Video, Rumble Studio, Rumble Advertising Center (RAC) and Rumble Wallet. Rumble Cloud is an infrastructure as a service offering. For revenue reporting, the company splits sales into Audience Monetization and Other Initiatives.
What it sells
Rumble Video is built around Rumble.com, a free video sharing and livestreaming platform. It also offers two subscription services: Rumble Premium, a "no ads" experience with some exclusive content, and Locals.com, where users subscribe to creators. Both are available on the web, on iOS and Android apps, and on connected TV apps including Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, LG, Samsung and Android TV.
Rumble Studio is a patent-pending application that lets creators run livestreams across multiple social platforms and earn from host-read ads and sponsorships. Rumble Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet inside the platform. It supports USAT, Tether (USDT), Tether Gold (XAUt) and Bitcoin (BTC), so audiences can tip creators in crypto.
RAC is Rumble's own advertising marketplace and network. It sells display advertising, pre-roll and mid-roll video advertising, and creator sponsorships, on Rumble.com and on other publishers' sites in its network.
Rumble Cloud launched in early 2024. It offers cloud compute, load balancers, object storage, Kubernetes orchestration, block storage and virtual private cloud. It runs on 4th generation AMD EPYC processors and NVMe SSDs. Customers pay a fixed monthly price under a Resource Tier model that allows unlimited usage within a given pool of hardware resources. Rumble Video was the first anchor tenant of the cloud.
How it earns money
Audience Monetization covers advertising on the Rumble platform, subscriptions (Rumble Premium, Locals and badges), licensed content, tipping and platform hosting fees. Advertising also includes cost-per-message-read ads, where a creator promotes a customer's product. Other Initiatives covers ads placed on third-party publisher sites and apps, and cloud services. Cloud services include consumption-based fees, infrastructure subscriptions, professional services and licences for Rumble Player. Rumble shares revenue from advertising, subscriptions, pay-per-view and tipping with creators. No single customer accounted for 10% or more of total revenue in 2025.
Who buys and how it sells
RAC is a self-serve platform where advertisers sign up, build campaigns and bid on traffic. Rumble also runs direct sales, account management and creator success teams.
Rumble Cloud targets startups, small and medium sized businesses, governments and enterprise clients. It sells through account executives, account managers and channel partners (referral, reseller and managed service partners). It also offers a self-serve front end at rumble.cloud.
Competition and rules
Rumble Video competes with other online video platforms, including YouTube. The filing says it believes YouTube and Google engage in highly anti-competitive conduct, and refers readers to its legal proceedings. Rumble Cloud faces the major cloud providers Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, which hold a majority of the market and have greater resources.
Because it hosts user-uploaded content, Rumble relies on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 and Section 230 in the United States. It is also subject to privacy and data laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act, and to online payment laws such as the Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act. The company describes its content policies as politically neutral.
Ownership, deals and people
Rumble acquired Locals in October 2021, which brought about 86,000 subscribers. It acquired Callin, whose technology laid the foundation for Rumble Studio, in May 2023. In October 2023 it acquired North River Project Inc., which was created to develop RAC. In February 2025, Tether Investments bought 103,333,333 shares of Class A common stock. Chris Pavlovski keeps super-majority voting control, and each Class D share carries 11.2663 votes.
On 10 November 2025, Rumble signed a business combination agreement with Northern Data AG, an AI and high-performance-computing infrastructure company. The deal would add about 22,400 Nvidia GPUs, made up of 20,400 Nvidia H100s and 2,000 Nvidia H200s. It would also add four owned data center locations and sites across Germany, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The company says it expects the deal to close in the second quarter of 2026. It also says it plans to add GPU as a service and data center services to Rumble Cloud.
Of the 156 full-time employees, 48 are based in Canada and 108 in the United States. None are covered by collective bargaining agreements.
